Michael Woods is the co-founder of Ashtae Products, a successful haircare company he founded in 1994 with his wife of 35 years, Ramona Woods. Together, they have two daughters and two grandchildren. He is also the co-founder of WO9 Enterprises, specializing in commercial real estate, with 4 commercial salon suites properties and 4 high-end Airbnb properties.
 

In 2019, Michael obtained his general contractor’s license and founded Michael Todd Kingdom Construction. In 2020, he passed Ashtae Products to his oldest daughter, Taylore Woods, allowing him to focus full-time on real estate development, luxury homebuilding, and a 30-acre residential community.
 

A native of Ayden, North Carolina, Michael grew up with eight siblings. Today, he is also a motivational speaker and coach, sharing his expertise in real estate investing, financial growth, and entrepreneurship.

Ramona Woods is the co-founder and CFO of Ashtae Products and co-owner of WO9 Enterprises, where she works alongside her husband, Michael Woods, managing their commercial real estate portfolio, including 4 commercial salon suite properties and 4 high-end Airbnb properties. Together, they have two daughters and two grandchildren.
 

A native of Miami and the daughter of Puerto Rican and Dominican parents, Ramona is deeply rooted in her three pillars: family, faith, and finance. She is passionate about empowering women through her “You Are Enough” Women’s Retreat and 4M’s Course, focused on Marriage, Motherhood, Money, and Me.
 

A former hairstylist, Ramona also hosts the TSS Manual, a financial seminar where she teaches hairstylists to SEE the money, SAVE the money, and SEED the money. She is also actively involved alongside Michael in their 30-acre real estate development project, continuing to expand their vision in real estate and community development.
