Where is the event located?
The event will be in Lexington, North Carolina, near High Rock Lake.
We will send an email with the exact address to all registered attendees closer to the event date.
What should I bring?
Bring:
A lounge chair
A cooler with snacks and anything you’d like for this lake experience
We will also send a recommended packing list ahead of the event to help you prepare.
Will food be provided?
Yes — lunch is on us!
What happens if it rains?
We will monitor the weather closely. Since this is a fully outdoor event, if bad weather is expected, we will notify you via email and reschedule the event.
Are pets allowed?
No. This outdoor experience is focused on education, so we will not have pets on site.
Can I bring a friend who hasn’t registered?
Yes, everyone must register in advance to attend. This helps us prepare for the right number of guests and ensures you receive important event updates such as directions, parking details, and weather notices.
Will there be restrooms available?
Yes, restrooms will be available on site for all guests.
